Right next to the house is a pond and the city garden, which is wonderful for a relaxing walk.

Parking facilities:

★ You can enter the courtyard of the Residence and the Plaza Hotel via the barrier. You will always find a parking space here. Parking is free for the first 45 minutes, then it costs €1.50/hour, maximum €12/day. You can pay for the ticket at the Plaza Hotel.
★ Alternatively, you can regularly find a parking space on the street in front of the barrier on both sides. These are free of charge around the clock.
★ There is a multi-storey car park nearby where you can also find a parking space at any time.

This is the 22-storey high-rise building and is identical in construction to the hotel next door. If you simply follow the road to the hotel from the barrier and continue walking, you will arrive at the residence where the flat is located.

The apartment is located in the Maritim Residence next to the Plaza Hotel. Due to its central location you are in 5 minutes by car in the city center.

There are also several supermarkets that you can reach in a few minutes drive.

Right next to the building is a good restaurant/bar that is worth visiting !

Of course, you also have a good connection to the B227 to get over to the A40. There is also a connection to the A42.

In a few minutes you can reach the Kurt-Schumacher-Straße, which leads directly to the Veltins-Arena. There is also a good connection with public transport.

The building is located in close proximity to the city garden. Behind the house there is also a lake, which invites you to linger.

Parking facilities:

★ In front of the house there is a large private parking lot. This is separated from the road traffic by a barrier. You will receive a chip at check-in, with which you can get through the barrier and park for free in the yard. Otherwise, you can also draw a card at the barrier. With it you can park for 30 minutes for free and then it costs 2€/hour.

Before the barrier on the street you can park anywhere for free.
